The AMULET team met in Brussels, Belgium on 4-5th April 2022 for the first physical consortium meeting organized by POLYMERIS – new coordinator of the AMULET project. The COVID-19 pandemic made it harder to travel and organize kick-off meeting last year, so it was the first opportunity to meet and work together outside a virtual environment.
On the first day there was a meeting of the Work Package leaders: POLYMERIS cluster (FR), Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster (PL), Clust-ER MECH (IT), FundingBox (PL), FlandersMAKE (BE) and Bax & Company (ES), during which were discussed the project management issues, new schedule of activities, communication channels and further steps towards launching the 1st Open Call for funding for SMEs, In the evening, as an unofficial part, was organized a dinner for the whole consortium to learn to know each other better and to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of the project.
The next day was no less intense: the project consortium met with its supervisor from the European Commission, Ms Virginie Perron, with whom partners discussed the current and planned tasks of each Work Package. It was also an opportunity to establish all the details of the first stage of the Open Call, which was launched on 12th April and will be opened until 30th June 2022.
