On 28-29 May 2024 in Liège, we had the opportunity to meet at the 4th ELN conference with a common mission: to establish a dynamic and united European lightweight strategy.
The AMULET project partners were keen to discuss lightweight technologies, which play a key role in our journey towards a sustainable society, actively contributing to the European Green Deal.
Our beneficiaries were also present at the conference and showcased their projects during the panel sessions.
👉 Session 3: Advanced simulation and digital twins for lightweight structures”, featuring Rafel Cebolla from Go Ahead Engineering (Spain, part of the ADAPTANK consortium, the finalist of II Open Call)
👉 Session 5: Wood and natural material solutions for lightweight applications with Riccardo Panciroli of Fuko (Italy, part of BioGear consortium, the finalist of I Open Call).
Session 5 dealt with the design of lightweight structures and materials supported by the ongoing development of numerical simulations and computer-aided software tools.
We were able to exchange knowledge and experience with project partners and our beneficiaries.
